We focus on building the capacity of under-represented entrepreneurial enterprises by providing space, social capital, education, and a variety of business services including coaching, technical assistance, and investment preparation.
Inclusive Ecosystems
Through our membership and partner networks, we work to build trusted and diverse professional ecosystems that break down silos causing distrust and cycles of disinvestment in order to rebuild on the basis of real relationships, equity, and shared prosperity.
Youth Empowerment
We believe investing in the underinvested is a critical component to transformative community development. Thus, we partner with other organizations and run our own youth centered programs to ensure young people in our community are being uplifted and empowered to achieve their goals.

ESHM Group, identifies and defines locations, primarily throughout the Northeast that offer homebuyers, renters and retailers appreciable advantages and a great place to live, work and play.
BereAN Bank
Berean Bank started in 1888 and was among the oldest, continuously operated African-American financial institutions in the country when financial difficulties led to its closing this branch building in October of 2011. ESHM acquired this property 2020.
Chester County
ESHM Group’s growing real estate development portfolio, called seeks to create sustainable projects that promote environmental sensitivity design, entrepreneurship, education and connectivity. This includes single and multifamily properties to mixed-use communities. We acquired our first property in 2025.
BLACK LAB
Black Lab
The Black Lab Innovation Hub will serve as a research center, cultural hub, incubator, and cross-disciplinary ecosystem. It unites science, technology, the arts, and the humanities under the mission: “Where Science Meets Culture for Global Impact.”
